Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of order placement, Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or made-to-order items may have a longer processing time; please refer to the individual product pages for more information.

    Customers in a few countries, particularly in parts of Europe like Germany, Italy, the UK, and also Canada, might have to pay duties or VAT as per the taxation rules of their respective countries.
    Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service Contact Us form and we will be able tore-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
    We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has already been shipped. Once this happens, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service, including getting your orders out as quickly as possible.
    Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Baredoo order.
    Orders will be delivered in 10-14 working days. (Delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays.) To check on the status of an order, please Contact Us quoting your order number.
    When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
    Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.
