Order & Payment

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service Contact Us form and we will be able tore-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has already been shipped. Once this happens, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service, including getting your orders out as quickly as possible.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Paypal.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we currently don't provide a click and collect pick-up service.
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Baredoo order.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Not at this time. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but its only less than 0.5% of the total price.
Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.
